Love is an act, but it's also something you feel. To love is a choice. To fall in love is totally out of your control. To be in love is like a breath of heaven. To feel pain in love is agony.
Love, in and of itself, is like a fine wine...it gets better with time. Don't fear it, embrace it. Don't run from it, make strides toward it. Don't close yourself off from it, receive it willingly. Love and be loved.
