A pimp is defined as one (usually a man) who solicits for a prostitute and lives on the earnings; one who procures sexual gratification for another; or one who exploits others for personal gain. A pimp can be represented in many ways. If you use any other person for your own personal gain - either against their will or without their knowledge - you're a pimp! If you choose not to educate someone for the sole purpose of benefiting from their ignorance - you're a pimp! If you only seemingly put others in the forefront so you can get the glory - you're a pimp!
The saying is "Pimpin' ain't easy." In the long run, it's easier to learn to stand on your own two feet than it is to pimp someone else for what you need...put in some real work. I've seen children pimped daily because their parents choose not to stand up for them or themselves. Children are the strongest and weakest part of our society. They are beginning to grow weaker in mind due to ignorance. Nevertheless, they continue to grow stronger in spirit due to someone or something that has given them hope.
Give hope, don't destroy it. Be an example of strength, discipline, and tenacity...not weakness, waywardness, and indifference. Don't misunderstand and think that only prostitutes and children get pimped...it happens to unlearned individuals all the time. Educate yourself and those around you. Achieve success and share it.
